Well, Mana Form + Shadow Heart gives you 3 mana per tile.
Even without a god, I believe being able to cast one fireball per two tiles is super strong in itself, and must probably allow you to regen-fight anyone.

But I would say that the most interesting part of Chemist + Shadow Heart probably is the Health Form: you get x2 regen like a monk, regular damage, and you still get normal mana regen.

Anyway, I guess Shadow Heart is a very interesting item for a Chemist.

Yeah that sounds pretty hardcore... Is that an end-game mod item?

5 is wrong sorta. knocking a enemy into a riposte enemy will not trigger riposte and it's damage. just did the checks. I have the care and will to experiment many things so yeah.
also
29(?). an enemy can run cowardly away from a sorcerer twice due to the mana shield even though it was one attack.
30. an enemy will run away from you even if you deal no damage to it (monk with 0 damage is very easy to acheive)

"22. Assassins Strike against low level enemies does not trigger any on hit effects, but all on kill. Thus, you still get cursed and unstable enemies explode, but riposte does not trigger"

but corrupting aura does trigger which is on damage effect? riposte and corrupting aura read the same way but corrupting aura will hurt and riposte will not so ye

Corrupting Aura has an interesting symbiosis with first strike and Death Protection. If you have DP and the enemy hits first, you are left at 1 HP, then your hit kills you due to corrupting aura.
If you have first strike, first corrupting aura hits and then the enemy destroys your DP, leaving you at 1 HP. Its one of the few examples, where first strike without killing the enemy helps you.
Edited the first post with all new infos and corrected 22 to be more specific.

And here's another weird fact about IMAWAL:

Remember that despite what the glyph description says, you don't really spend 5 mana and get a 2 mana refill if you casted it on an empty tile, but instead, the game checks for 5 mana and then, if you cast it on an empty tile, you only spend 3?

Until today, I thought that it didn't have any meaningful impact on the gameplay, but in fact it does.
When you worship MA, she will only reward you with 1.5 piety if you cast IMAWAL on an empty tile, and not 2.5.
It kinda saddens me as it would have been a cool way to farm piety with MA (the most efficient way by far, actually).

Anyway, I'm not sure if this fall's in the bug or the feature category, but one could argue that since the refill is immediate she don't consider that you really spent 5 mana. On the other hand, she does give you piety when you cast a spell and get a refill from Dragon Soul...
