Vanilla VGT records still have some feasible empty slots, but they're not among the easiest.
Purist VGT can probably still be done with Bloodmage, Gorgon, or Fighter. The grail for me would be Purist GoatPerson, but it requires such a good RNG that I'll attempt it with a rigged kingdom.
Fellow modder kittenaqua demonstrated that a seed selection feature is possible. That would allow for some crazier runs. Eventually we'll release such feature in EE one day.
