Questions from a troubled player

Been playing the beta for a while now and have some questions.

Where do I find other gods other than Taurog, Glowing Guardian, and Mysteria?

How do I beat the boss with 50 layers of death protection?

Are goblins in beta yet? If so where can I find them?

When can we expect the vampire, gorgon, changeling and half-dragon to return?

When will we be able to upgrade races, the bank, and the witch?

Thanks!

Finally! I'm really embarrassed to admit this, but I just now beat steel hall. I used a Turog human monk, with the knockback flail. I had the idea for the longest time I was going to beat it with a sorcerer, but that never happened. See, the sorcerer with his mana shield and the 10% knockback flail (which I used on this monk build) takes THREE hits off death protection per attack. I thought I could outheal indomitable by casting fireball in between attacks, but the heal rate isn't good enough. Same with paladin. Monk can do this though.

I didn't think the monk would work because of all the -% resist and weakness enemies. The first time I tried, I failed miserably, mostly because I wasn't using any deities. Turog takes the edge off and allows you to kill high level armors, wizards, and wraiths (who cares about mana burn), and save the low level golems and illusions for later.
