What does the 'Slow' effect of WEYTWUT do?

Also is there a list of effects or a manual someplace where I find this stuff out?

Assassin's Light Foot doesn't work if enemy is standing adjacent to perimeter of map.

Nope, there isn't. Most abilities and effects are the same as in the alpha though, the wiki might have something on those.

Slow disables blink, retreat and retaliation against fireball, and it lets you strike first against the slowed enemy even if the enemy has first strike. The slow effect is removed when the enemy takes damage.

I hear you over assassin light foot at the edge of the map. I've had a couple scenarios where the boss has his back to the wall depriving me of that extra first strike. Very annoying since there's nothing you can do about it without using WEYTWUT (which gives you first strike anyways -_-)
