keep loosing ( rolling back) saves

Hi
I am still loosing saves.
Yesterday bought church lvl 3 and played quite a lot. THE GAME WAS SAVED!...today I see just lvl2...
And this is not the first time..
I am using two PCs (home and office) to play game but I always close browser before switching to other PC.

I wonder if
- it is planned rollback
- someone else experiencing this
- if it is possible to troubleshoot this stuff
- if there is workaround (like pressing QUIT button every time)

I've never experienced partial rollbacks, but I have had a complete back-to-tutorial reset, twice (as has someone else, it seems) - see viewtopic.php?f=3&t=397.

then checked the game printed: saving.
then closed browser.
then opened and get the church level 2 again.

I've also had this - after I'd completed the Halls of Steel dungeon, in my next login it was still uncompleted. Since then, after every critical save, I always do a quick dungeon run in one of the easy dungeons so that I only lose the 'easy dungeon save' if any. Works, but tedious at times.

There are known issues with the saving system at the moment. We should be rolling out a new version soon that gives much better saving feedback and also shows the true length of a save operation (the saving text was only the START of a save, not the completion of it).

If you're still having these issues in the next couple of days, then it's a different problem with saving as a process and we'll have to look into it then :)

Is there an ETA on that fix? I don't want to play if my progress isn't saved, but I keep losing gold from preparing (for some reason, the gold lost is saved, but nothing else)

yay thanks man!

now I see where the problem is - office browser box (chrome latest not DEV). We have some firewalls shit here. and some sites are blocked (like utube)
But the HTTP/HTTPS is open basically. The game loads, I login and play well.
But saving is 100% fail (retry...retry...retry...continue..retry..etc)
So what mechanism do you use for saving? What port, protocol is inside that UNITY stuff?
Any debugger here? I am ready to test if you are too =)

UPDATE
I created a new profile just for test.
and it saves well.
Switched back - saving fails.
So it does not save just for this PC and just for this kingdom account.
Hell

The only reason I can think that that specific profile is not saving, on that specific machine, is that it's a much larger filesize than a newly created profile. More that likely either the browser you're using, or the work internet is cutting off the HTTP connection before it can finish sending all the save data.

Does that profile save on other machines? Going through different net connections?

I now have a saving error appear everytime the game attempts to save bar the very first save directly after logging in.
The saving worked fine for hundreds of dungeon runs and i have no idea what may have changed since then :(

Since the saving took more and more time recently (~20s) and my second profile can still save (and much quicker) i would guess that it's also a file size issue. As i play from home my firewall isn't too restrictive nor had any problems with big uploads before. This problem appears in both firefox and internet explorer.
