Awwww bummer. Kudos for trying the magic user aproch tho bla0815.

Also, remember the wytwat (however it's spelled) glyph disables the counter fireball. It's significantly more mana per cast, but it's an idea to try.

This is not an accidental FFFFUUUUU, but I'm going to post it anyway.

Trying to get Creeplight Contract. I get the boss down to his final form with about 80 hit points left, and not QUITE enough attack damage to kill him. And at this point all my resources have been exhausted. Lovely.

Hugely successful pure Wizard run. Even though I wasted some Binlor piety on knockback (should've converted right away) eveything worked out almost perfectly. :D

Crashed. :(

"Hmm, so the Trisword now adds +3 base damage every time I level up. Well I'm at level 10 now, so I won't be gaining any more benefits from it and can go ahead and convert it, right?"

I first discovered Taurog's subdungeon in the Western dungeon at level 1 or 2 on my first run of the level, and was handily defeated by the challenge. Next run, I played a warlord, invested in some good preparations, and won up the top, killing the boss and picking up the loot. Then decided, eh, might as well unlock Taurog while I'm here. I managed to kill 3 of the 4 golems, and even manage to get rid of all the layers of death protection from the last one before running out of resources and having no choice but to suicide.
