I'd thought I throw out some ideas for new runes, seeing as we have all these new items anyways (maybe these can be sold in shops).
Cleaving (5 MP) - Your next strike deals base damage to all monsters adjacent to you. Mainly intended to hit a weak monster to take small damage while also hitting a strong one. Works well with summon monster and swap glyph.
Endure (3 MP) - Gain 15% resistances until the next time you are hit (this effect stacks). You can pre-cast this, but unlike protection from death, it's not spammable, but you can choose to take only partial resistances for less mana.
Empower (5 MP) - Makes your next glyph have an additional effect:
APHEELSIK - Applies 1 point of corrosion and 1 point of weakness when used.
BLUDTUPOWA - Increases mana regeneration to 3 points per square until toggled off.
BURNDAYRAZ - Penetrates 25% of magic resistance.
BYSSEPS - You are immune to gaining new status conditions for 1 attack round.
CYDSTEPP - Also immune to petrification
ENDISWAL - Causes the wall to explode doing 100% of your base attack power to all adjacent monsters.
GETINDARE - Adds 25% dodge for one attack round (doesn't stack).
HALPMEH - Also restores 1 corrosion and 1 weakness
IMAWAL - Turns the enemy into mud so that they don't leave a wall behind.
LEMMISI - Blinds all enemies reduces the damage of their next attack by 20% (doesn't stack).
WEYTWUT - Phases the enemy allowing you to walk though them (lasts forever)
WONAFYT - Teleports a monster the highest level monster that is no more than 1 level above you.
