It is possible to cloud sync, but you need to set up your account using the DesktopDungeons.net Cloud Key provided via the bundle.

You are correct in assuming that the game cannot verify that you own it using Google Play, because you didn't buy it using Google Play ;)

I'm having another issue with the Humble Bundle purchase of Desktop Dungeons. I bought the game in a bundle and hadn't really gotten to playing it for a while. When I did, and wanted to setup the game sync feature, I followed the instructions provided by Humble Bundle. I am told that my key is invalid and I can't get it to work no matter how many times I try. What can I do to resolve this? Who do I need to talk to? How do I reach them?

Any help would be welcome!

So, I went back to Humble Bundle again and copied the key displayed and used the link there to register for the sync feature. It worked! Didn't do anything different this time, but I'm glad it worked.

@dislekcia, I appreciate your suggestion!

Time to get back into the dungeons!
