It took a while for me to find your email, seeing as your registered mail and the one you use for this forum are different, but I definitely replied on the 24th as soon as you emailed info:
I've just checked your account and it seems like we don't have a valid
payment in our system from you. I also can't find your email address
in our PayPal records - can you please send me your PayPal receipt so
that I can track that down (or, failing that, the email address you
used to pay with)?
This is a little worrying, this sort of stuff shouldn't happen. When
was the last time you could play the game?
I still can't see a valid payment on our system from your account (all three seem to have not returned properly from PayPal) are you having any technical issues with the purchase system? Can you check your credit card statement to make sure that you haven't been charged? If you do have a PayPal receipt email, please forward that to info to help me find your transactions.
Can you think of any reason that you're not receiving our emails?
