Witch broken

Finding the dungeon with the yellow exclamation point (which I assume to be the witch) but moving over it doesn't bring up any dialog. I can go through and kill the plants, collect frost leaves, but not sure what to do after that

Collect the frost roots and click I'd presume.

Nothing to click, there's no dialog or anything that comes up when I stand on the yellow !

I guess you were supposed to talk to her beforehand. Or it's just a bug.
