Problem with paying for the game

It is not so clear for me but I assume that the full game isn't out there yet. And I can only pre-order it, receiving beta.
I tried to buy it using PayFast, but it showed me something like "nothing is being operated at the moment, it is probably because you paid and pressed back button".
Of course, I didn't press the back button. I didn't receive any message, didn't receive beta version.
Please, tell me how much time does it usually take for the game to come. And should I try paying again? (I really don't want to pay twice).
I am from Russia and am sorry for mistakes.
