Payment Problem

Hi.
First of all, sry about my english, i'm from Brazil.
Buy yesterday DD but dont receive any email confirmating the purchase.
Been playing DD Alpha for 1 week and i decided to buy the full game.
I dont know what happened, but i buy the game to play this weekend with my brother.
So please, reply this and fix the problem because i acessed my credit card operator website and the process is already concluded/debited.

Whoa, that's really strange... There's no record of that email address in our system or on either of our PayPal or PayFast accounts as far as I can tell. Did you perhaps use another email address?

You say the transaction completed? Are you sure the cash came off your credit card? Is there any reference information on that transaction? Did you get a receipt email from PayPal or PayFast?

It might be a good idea to pass on any of the info related to my questions above via email: info@qcfdesign.com
