Goatman not accessable?

I haven't played the game in a long while and noticed that the goatman was available to special edition orders, but I don't seem to have access to it.
Is it a free unlock or am I supposed to unlock it through a quest?
Also, is there any way to double check by chance about my special edition order, thanks.

Well, you do have the Special Edition.
You should be seeing the Goat Glade in your Kingdom if you're not in the beginning of the game anymore. Upgrade that and you'll be able to play with the Goatperson

How many gods do you have unlocked? The Goatperson is very god-centric, so the Glade won't appear unless you have enough gods.

i honestly have no idea about that sort of thing, last time i played was probably 6 months ago or so.
Based on your last piece of information I'm assuming I just have to play a little more to unlock it.
