So, it turns out there's been an issue with my old e-mail. Specifically, it's been de-activated, as I recently made a new one, making the fine folks over at microsoft suspend my hotmail account. This wouldn't be a problem, except that to re-activate it, I'd need info that I put into it over five years ago. As such, the email I used to buy this game is no longer in use, which prevents me from finding the Steam key that should be sent to me. I haven't found a way on the website to change email addresses, however, which makes this rather troublesome, because I just can't get onto the old one anymore.
