I've taken a look and our system has emailed your key out every time you've requested one. That mail is reaching our test account, so I assume there's something going on with your email server that doesn't like what we're sending.
I've sent you a PM on this forum with your Steam key, just in case you're unable to sort out whatever the issue with the emails is.
This email is an old one... i actually do not use it anymore. Itś paid. Quit the payment for 3 months and my account was blocked and all emails erased until now. I paid again only to get DD keys but all was erased and i weas having this issue but just 5 min ago i remembered to look at my gmail account if the email wasn't there since it was redirecting the emails from the @globo.com and i found it. already activated on steam.
