Okay. We need to find out what caused that to happen:
If you increased the size of the game window (by hitting the 2x button in the Settings menu, for instance) then you need to open up the game's preferences in ~/.config/unity3d/QCFdesign/DesktopDungeons and messing with the resolution numbers there to bring the game back down to a windowed 800x600 mode.
If the game simply started getting bigger by itself (playing fullscreen, most likely) then the issue is more to do with graphics drivers causing incorrect render texture scaling and not the game's settings. Suggested fix there is to update your graphics drivers and see if that makes any difference.
