Bloodmage bronze class challenge bugged

i tried the bloodmage bronze class challenge today and it's totally bugged, the bloodmage doesn't have any of his powers, so no gliph, no blood sucking etc...

i tried it four times, with different races, but the result it's always the same.

on a sidenote the only time i tried to complete it nonetheless i found 3-4 burnraydaz, but i don't know if it's normal for the challenge
