Account Syncing/Restoration

I was playing Desktop Dungeon on my Steam account and have logged about 150 hours. I downloaded the game onto my Android and made it through the tutorial, then tried to sync my accounts so that I could play from where my Steam account was at on my phone, but instead my Steam account is now regressed back to after just finishing the tutorial. I emailed info@QCFdesign.com yesterday asking if it was possible to restore the progress I had, but I have received no response so far. Should I just continue to wait?
