Hint on Binlor:Harder, Faster, Stronger

So I've tried every combination I can think of.

Can someone give me a hint on how to solve the Binlor #2 puzzle (Harder Faster Stronger)

You use two boons. The goos resist at the end (when you land the killing blow) will be 39%.
