If you convert item/glyph from the ground right after using compression seal, it also converts compressed item.
Managed to piss off Taurog twice with this.

With using the compression seal and converting stuff from the ground i had no problems.
Do you have moved the seal or the item before using it / before the conversion?

I was just able reproduce the bug. I used compression seal on Burndayraz and then without doing anything else (no inventory manipulation, no exploration, no fighting), walked on top of Lemmisii and converted from ground. Both glyphs gone and both gave CP.

Edit: Drag: Cross setting was on, if that helps

I also encountered this. Something of a bummer. It does seem to be limited to if you convert something without doing anything else of significance. Fwiw, I generally don't use any of the newfangled controls.

If you use a compression seal on an item and then immediately convert a glyph from the ground, the recently-compressed item is converted as well.

With 'immediately' you mean:
Walking on glyph
Using compression seal
Converting glyph
?

I had never a problem with compressing something, then walk around, do stuff and convert stuff.
But all the stuff i move in the inventory gets affected by this 'Conversion-Bug'.

For me (though I try to avoid it), it happens if I don't do anything other than move around.

Then I'm feeling lucky. But strange, that the bug affects people differently.

I did compress -> walk -> convert

Please note that I never bring the glyph into my inventory, I convert directly from the ground.

I've never had problems with this in the past, either. This appears to be a new bug.

@Darvin or anyone else:
Can you please make the following test:
Move something in your inventory (example: Assassin -> move Poison Glyph to the thrid slot)
Convert health potion OR convert a glyph from ground.

For me in both cases the Posion Glyph will be also converted.

I'm asking, since i have no problem, with compressing stuff and converting different stuff afterwards (with which other people have problems). And the idea that i'm affected by different bugs than other people makes me :o :shock: (in the sense of: how can this happen...)

Bugs logged up to here! (We're at 582 total bugs so far, FYI)

The conversion thing has already been dealt with. Although I'm pretty certain that I solved it via a triggering problem and there are some potential issues lurking that I'll be attacking in a bit: Like why an item you compressed was somehow seen as "being recently dragged", that makes no sense.

That kind of reproduction issue usually means that there's a point of difference in how something is being done. In this case the simplest thing to look for would be where you're clicking on the conversion button to make the first conversion happen (as the bug was actually a second button being triggered on a mouse-release event). Try clicking in different places and see if that makes a difference - if you're really worried about reproducing a bug that'll be gone by tomorrow, that is ;)

When you go back to the kingdom from a dungeon, the menu is still the in-dungeon menu, you don't get the kingdom screen menu.

With keyboard movement you should be able to select walls to cast ENDISWAL

It does not appear to be possible to convert between deities as of this version. The "convert" button is always greyed out, regardless of your current piety level, current deity, or prospective deity.
