well done guys, a great game and the beginning of a long career in design.

Been great seeing the process from start to finish. This was the first game I have been a part of from the beginning, I feel like I've achieved something vicariously :)

Wow. Congrats guys. Also, I love the soundtrack.

Great job to the other beta testers. This is by far the most friendly, polite, and constructive beta I have been a part of. It's been long, but it has been truly awesome.

It's weird being this excited about getting something that I already own.

One of us ultra-vets should do a Let's play, just to show that the game really is solvable and totally fair. I might even do one of our traditional screeencap game threads, time and energy depending.

lol I really though there would be a "Defeat Only One Enemy and Win the Dungeon" achievement, but it looks like supreme slayer is there instead.
I still haven't killed a boss from lvl 1

Well, thats comparatively easier, you need... Orc Rogue, TT, Taurog I guess, Fabulous treasure and a bit of luck. There are many other ways too. Well the achevements are pretty nice (the unhiden ones) and will make learning the game much easier for those who pursue them :)

One last big congratulations on the launch! It's so awesome to see the game out there!

Very impressed with the soundtrack as well. I'm looking forward to re-discovering these dungeons with music!

And one last thought: The title screen is fantastic. All of those little details!

I know what you mean about being excited. I've been bouncing on my chair while waiting for the download to finish.

As for a Let's Play, well, I dont' really qualify as a Super Vet(tm), but I was considering trying my hand at making one, partly for the reasons you stated... I've been practicing recording myself a little and all.

Great!

Is the steam version DRM'ed? Or can be used as standalone?

It's subject to the usual Steam stuff, so you can play it in offline mode once you've grabbed it.
