If you haven't tried it already, regenfight in NC. The replenishing blackspace between waves makes it easy to beat the bosses even without any consumables. However, instead of choosing an Orc Monk for the job, try the Orc Assasin.
Easy popcorn management to mix up styles when you need it, significantly higher damage to deal with Tomithy, and for me, more fun too.
Knockback is also great for that dungeon, it allows you to hurt 2 bosses at the same time - and deal damage to a foe without touching it directly. Prep Binlor and Bearmace because of this. Binlor also helps to piety farm above, build MR, and grant a whopping 80% damage bonus, super sweet for Orcs. If you worship him below too, you can strip resistances and free up further blackspace as well.
Btw Bearmace should be an autoprep in every dungeon where you want to melee blinking foes.
Obviously, you should keep Apheelsik for the entire game. Unless you're trying trickshots bring down Burndayraz and/or Pissorf too. If you see a good item in the shops buy it, but you could just as well spend all your gold for buying CP fodder. The more damage you have, the more efficient you become.
When to go down? I'd say at level 9-10 depending on how well you make bonus xp with higher level kills. 10 is preferred if you can set up a prestige-ding. Regenfigters always want to be highest level when dealing with bosses.
Regarding god play - mono Binlor is certainly doable, but well timed conversions help you save resources/build your character stronger.
So what to prep? Orc Assasin with Binlor, Bearmace, compression seal, extra attack boosters, for item I'd choose Dwarven Gauntlets. Extra gold and shop scroll let's you make more CP. For potions include the anti debuff ones, so you can fight Nagas freely and desecreate EM/beat Kinissch without worries. Others aren't important, playing parched is really easy with this setup.
Another fun build is Orc Crusader of once again Binlor. Guaranteed huge damage, and 2 topside gods to build your character. HAX! Abuse patches for extra stats, and with your wall-breaking tools not even teleportation can screw you.
For NL Orc Warlord of Mystera with BM and Soul Orb is straightforward. Get Mystic-balanced and keep increasing your mana and damage bonus. At higher levels you could spike Namtar without consumables

Don't forget to keep Burndayraz for the 3rd form. Or use your mana potions liberally to erode enough of his resistances to beat him in melee, to grab specialist. The rest is cakewalk.
The Cauldron increases your potion effectivity by 5% for each debuff. It's great on priests because it also allows you to overheal with health potions so you don't waste any of the 100% heals, also works nicely on potion races, but I can't find a strat where it's an optimal item in a non-exploity way of play. A potion keg is always better on dwarves/elves and boosting your stats work better on gnomes/halflings.
Unfortunately it doesn't boost both of the refills on thiefs.
It's only really good in case you expect to also find a potion keg with it, which can't be guaranteed outside of NC.
