This was wicked... ;) Chemist* is not my favourite class, it has a bit too many moving parts for my taste (and I'm really-really bad with Health Form - I just ignore it for the most part because I just can't use it properly). That said, Gnomes are awesome, Doubledoom is a really cool map, and surprisingly the bosses weren't Frank+Bleaty! ;) JJ is the awesomest deity for Chemists, between Mana Form, BYSSEPS and WEYTWUT, Piety was guaranteed to flow in: I took 4 Boost Mana and 3 Boost Health plus both Chaos Avatar and Last Chance. Used standard JJ Chemist tactics (farm piety / set-up popcorn in Base Form until Petition; then farm piety / set-up popcorn in Mana Form until sufficient boosts are taken; then PowerPunch in base form until all L7+ monsters are dead; then kill the bosses with one mid-fight level-up each; and finally mop up for maximum XP and Piety).

EDIT: weird... I thought the prep in slot #2 was SHIELD, not TOWER SHIELD... I was surprised to see it was actually Tower Shield. Anyway, it's even better.

Didn't seem too bad - swill mana potions to both get a ton of piety and levels while i explored (no regen fighting for some reason), a bunch of stat boosts, lots of dings with big stats to kill both bossess, all in JJ.

It was immensely fun :D

I love Chemists in all shapes and forms, and this one with JJ is one of the best. My approach was piety farming with the original Weytwut in mana form (base form bysseps spam would have been more efficient, but I didn't want to blow a potion in case JJ poisoned me - which would not have been such a big issue due to the extra potion shops, which I totally forgot :P), picking up a bunch of health and mana boosts and slowing/moving around every monster in sight.

Once my stats were ridiculous enough I started murdering huge opponents with excessive Bysseps stacking and Cydstep + Weytwut abuse. To save blackspace I quaffed mana potions here and there. Helath wasn't an issue, I dinged on every kill. It's cool that the sub gave a pair of Elven Boots, it made killing the lvl9 warlock at lvl 4 possible.

If that wasn't enough I later found a B2P to combo with my towering health next to MA, so I could have made my character a crazy spellcaster too. I set out to farm piety with slaying mostly magical attack popcorns, and stopped doing it when I found the snake boss. My stats already allowed me to fireball it down with a single ding so stayed at JJ. To spice the run I did take a detour to Taurog and back, this way I could melee down the Iron Man in a similar fashion - with a single ding Warmonger style. Too bad he didn't have better stats, I missed the chance to use health form.

Gnome Tinker in VC. Eh, wasn't the right run for truly low damage... Whish I went nuts with piety shennanigans so it stays on one of the front pages and makes someone think I'm cheating. Wasn't worth it as far as strategy goes, any other approach would've worked better today I think, was just for fun...

Just not feeling it today. Should have been a nice relaxing run, but it just didn't groove with me for some reason. Eventually I just said "screw it", converted everything I could see, then fireball'd the boss into submission.

Whew, Venture Cave. Sounds like a nice break. Gnome is sort of meh though.

Took me forever to find BURNDAYRAZ. Poor Witchalok pendant... the boss was Tower of Goo, so that was a wasted prep, all things considered. I actually finished this in 12 minutes or so for once. Not having to think about purchases at all because lolol Tinker + Midas was sort of fun, I guess. Tower of Mana Potions vs Tower of Goo, no contest.

Saw GG and decided to have some fun. Mopped up the map without picking up BURNDAYRAZ and went wild with piety. Pretty relaxing run overall. ;)

Easy and satisfying. EM for the power-level then just blew the boss up. Didn't find Burndayraz til the last tile. Happily slow because was seeing my partner off.

Oh, I just love Gnome Tinkers! Went mostly Faithless on this one, I only fooled around a bit with the Altars after I blasted the Goo and all L7+ monsters away. Then I went Taurog for the cleanup; GG to convert stuff; and Earthmother to create a nice garden. Anyway, probably the easiest Daily in a while; easy map, great character and although no Mystera or JJ, even without worship this was straightforward (though both Earthmother and GG have something to offer; but honestly also a Taurog or Taurog->GG build could have blown things up, given the amount of resources, despite the Goo's towering phys. res.).
