Goatperson in Venture Cave
Very lenient Goatperson run. Fireball magnet is available for a guaranteed opener, even if you draw Tikki Tooki as your first deity like I did. ENDISWAL provides a way to survive a hit from Bleaty, while all three deities (Dracul, Tikki Tooki, and Taurog) offer some method of helping you survive his powerful hits. I landed in Tikki Tooki at level 5 and finished up with two rounds of a Quicksilver/Reflex combo. Ended Hoarder with the majority of the dungeon unexplored.

Vampire, Den of Danger

One way you can tell if you're doing well in a vampire run is if you can heal off enemies a level above you. Absurdly good items available as well as decent bloodcows. Bloody sigil is a must to leave your victims alive for future sucking. And then there's Platemail which has virtually no downside since you can't get 'status effected'.

Hint:

Easy, relaxing Vampire run. I wasn't feeling like I wanted to do anything special so I just leveled mainly from L+1 kills and converted glyphs (except fireball) to get more lifesteal. Of course that ended being somewhat inconvenient because the boss ended up being the Iron Man so my spells were pretty much useless against him. Minor inconvenience that didn't really matter.

Gnome Priest, Venture Cave

I prepped Binlor to take a screenshot of the unbreakable walls, but then I forgot about it while playing.

Gnome Berserker in Shifting Passages
Ugh, nasty one today. Thank goodness I picked up Gloves of Midas early so I had lots of gold to blow for Tikki Tooki piety to pick up his potion combo, because there really wasn't much else for dealing with the bosses. Default gods are Mystera Annur, Tikki Tooki, and Pactmaker. Default glyphs are BURNDAYRAZ, LEMMISI, IMAWAL, WEYTWUT, and WONAFYT. The shop pool is absolutely barren, to the point at which I actually picked up the Battlemage Ring. Ironman is the second boss, so going for a Mystera Berserker is very risky since there are no glyphs oher than BURNDAYRAZ to hit him with.

All things considered... nasty.

Annnnd misclick on Evolvia D:

I'd say Binlor-prepped Mystera Berserker is pretty strong. That default sub is great for some of the Glyphs (LEMMISI and IMAWAL comes to mind). Already whittled down Evolvia to less than half helath too. Bummer. :S

Also concur with the default shop pool, but Blood Sigil early on could be pretty great, and Blue Beads are great for Berserkers.
