The only effect I have noticed after getting the 'Tikki Tooki has decided to make your life difficult' message is that I no longer received Piety for kills. Perhaps some repentance is necessary, such as using the WEYTWUT or PISORF? Maybe Tikki Tooki just turns his back on you? The only god you could convert to is [[Mystera_Annur|Mystera Annur]], but this would be impossible without the ability to gain Piety.

I lost favor early in worship, so was unable to determine if any boons are revoked.
