"It is initially locked but can be made available once all playable classes and races have been unlocked" 
It isn't correct! I have unlocked this mode after i've beated crypt with assassin, but i haven't beated factory with wizard yet. I have only 17 classes unlocked... 
However, I think it's bug. Because in-game description says that this mode unlocks after all classes and races will be unlocked.
