I'd also recommend trying other Unity web plugin games (you can find a list of Unity games here: http://unity3d.com/gallery/made-with-unity/game-list) to see if it's the Unity plugin itself that's having a problem, or just Desktop Dungeons.
If all else fails, refunds are always an option - just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your PayPal receipt information, saying that you'd like a refund and we'll sort that out for you
