Main thing with warlords is they want to chain DPs, they get bonus damage from being under half-health and they don't naturally get that much use out of their health potions + resources in a boss fight, so new BTP gives them a way to use them. It's more you can get more chained DPs.

And it gives them a better use for health potions.

All these changes look great. I can't wait to test them.
We made an expansion and it is awesome. Really, you should check it out, especially if you're looking for some extra challenge.

It gives Warlords a use for HP potions potentially where there was very little. they dont ussualy stack damage resistance or health to make the 40% regained from a potion worth it (or even 80%). And they're allready crazy about Mystic Balance (aren't they?), so 2 hits of Bloodopowa means one more DP at low health for them which should be really, really good. Well, not too god, seeing as you'd probably only have 4 health potions anyway.

How many hits of B2P can you get off of a static one time 40% health regen? If math sayes 2, then B2P gives Mystic Balance Warlords 8 DP's on top of what they allready have. Wow.

So 4 potions + exploration = 6 B2P = 24 Mana, which means 2 extra DP's without Mystic balance and 3 with Mystic Balance.

Not so much then. Still, better than getting only one full heal out of 3 potions. Double the damage, or even tripple, as well as use for any DING! health which translates into at least one more helping of Cydstep mana. Which I'd use just for the +30% base when low on health from using B2P.

Well, bloodmage NC run sort of a success. 1 hit off miser, then had to cave and get the potions. Not sure if getting flames above or managing bloodpools more intelligently (ultimately 51% sanguine : ) ) would've got the badge. Probably would. I think desecrations after the first two are pointless, otherwise I'd also have won (needed 5 more piety from drac for a bloodswell. I could also have won if I'd left earthmother so I could use plants to puncture DPs off burning...
