Higher-level monsters attack first automatically, so this basically applies in any relevant situation where you don't have first strike.

You mean, like having the RBS?

Well, you shouldn't need the exploit against lower-level monsters and you're going to strike second against higher-level monsters anyways, so the RBS is completely unnecessary (and to be honest, I'd rather have the extra hit from first strike if that were on the table)

It's just occurred to me that Glowing Guardian puzzle #2 was broken by the poison change. You need at least 30 stacks of poison on the troll to pull it off.
