I'm not sure how much design space is left for a new Cursed Oasis item. What about some kind of anti-curse item? Or an item that grows in power as you accumulate curse stacks?
Like the "Slime Cauldron" idea, and also is a great excuse to add it to the shop pool. It really strikes me as something that's potentially interesting but lacks locker-worthiness, so that's probably a great way to handle it.
Cursed Oasis already has the Dragon's Soul. I know it's easy to pass over, but it is a unique item only found in that dungeon.
An item that grows in power as you accumulate curse stacks would almost certainly be overpowered, since there are many characters that literally don't care about curse at all.
