Payment went through, never got an email

Hi,

I pre-ordered the game last Friday (Aug 5) via paypal, and the payment went through yesterday (Aug 8). I still haven't received any communication regarding the game. Can you help?

I had this issue too but have been following the release closely and wanted to play ASAP. I went to the change password page (below) and was then able to login with my email addy and newly selected password.
