How many games use function keys? I think it's pretty much out of style, browser game or not.

As someone who's always addicted to the latest and greatest, I can say with great confidence that most games use function keys in some way or other. FPS' especially use them for some reason.

Please note though I'm not trying to say this game SHOULD use function keys for altar worship, I just presented that as one option, since number keys activate skills.

Yeahh.... I know they are in there, I just don't use them. In WCIII, they selected your different heroes I think. The only game I truly used them in I believe was homeworld, as they changed the formation or tactics on your fighters, something you needed to have quick access to. That game could justify it though because all other hot keys were used. :)

F5 and F9 are quicksave/quickload in a bunch of games - right now I'm abusing it in New Vegas.

Haha, yeah. Come to think of it, I set F8 and F6 to my 4th and 5th mouse buttons. In Starport: Galactic Empires, F8 fired nukes, and F6 dropped turrets. VERY convenient. Except I also set my push-to-talk key for ventrillo to F8... I accidentally fired off thousands of credits worth of nukes because of that...
