Crashes to desktop as soon as the profile is loaded

Congratulations on launching on steam!

Haven't logged on for a long while, since my local ISP is giving me a hard time connecting to desktopdungeons.net. Got the steam key and installed. The game crashes the moment I logged in.

And then every time I load, it first freezes on the loading screen (since I'm already logged in, it automatically starts loading the online profile), and then crashes as soon as the profile is loaded.

Managed to stay logged out, and the game seems to be running fine. I guess I'll start a new kingdom first...

Yikes, keep us posted on this. Maybe one of the other guys already has a solution but we'll get on it.

Have you tried moving your Saves directory elsewhere? You might be having problems with a corrupt savegame... You're using DD.net right?

Please could you upload your savegame somewhere for us to see if we can recreate the problem too?
