Subdungeon within a subdungeon!

I don't see this one up in the wiki.. any ideas? They are the typical iterations of these types of monsters replete with the deleterious effects that they normally provide.

It's not a normal subdungeon, which is probably why it's not listed. You want to get to the bottom left corner here (one of these is not like the rest).

Yes, it was a god's altar but I didn't realize it. I thought I was clicking on it to see what it was but it was just redirecting me to the stairs I was standing on lol. I'm new.
