Just scout them both and kill one of them -- currently this usually leads to the other one's health being reduced to 1. Dunno if it's by design or just a weird bug, but as a player I'll just take it as intentional ;)

Piercing Wand doesn't work against 100% resist enemies. (And neither does Mystera's Weakening boon, so don't get clever now. ;) )
