I've not done any videos. I might when I get a decent mic for the music and poetry stuff but when I tried it just came out muffled as hell.

Half-Dragon, Den of Danger

It's piety mining time! That den looks more like a mine anyway.

I made loads of mistakes (not sticking to Binlor with remaining walls, not destroying statues on bloodpools, not spamming IMAWAL even with the xp buff) and still got 500+
I wouldn't be surprised to see someone (hi, Tinker, ^+^) get 700+

Had a ton of popcorn the whole run long thanks to finding Glenrick at level 1. Was going to use it to level up on the boss when the 8th one or so was a Gorgon. So that happened...

This is why it kept taking 20+ minutes most runs back when I had a streak...

I was checking the ladder in all its configuration when I saw your loss, MTaur. That totally sucks.

I'm currently second-lowest for XP. I ended parched, so I clearly didn't need to be as leveled as I was for the boss fight. Maybe I'll give that a shot next run rather than going for a decent time.

I'm the one currently in last place for xp. I could have gotten 9 fewer easily but I only decided to try for low xp after I killed Glenrick and a popcorn right after using Yendor. Any fewer than that would have been tough, as I don't think I could have fought this boss at lvl 4.

The elite items shop prep helped a lot, since that gave me a keg o' health for a total of 8 health potions. I hardly ever use that prep but I figured I'd go for it this time with a red alchemy seal available.

I think I already accomplished more than I expected the first time around, and it's hard to invest that much concentration without the feeling that something is at stake. And clearly I'm not 100% consistent if I don't stop and check every battle prediction. After all, the way I lost my streak to GG wasn't something that battle prediction can check for you...

Oh now that was fun!
Got Ding, Unstoppable and Specialist and killed the boss at level 8 then picked off popcorn for two more levels. The 155% knockback made it all feel so easy.
I think it's the first time I've never cast a Burndarayz on a level...didn't even pick it up, but did convert it.
I prepped Binlor...first time I've prepped a god and it really paid off.
I'm learning a lot from you guys. Thanks for all the tips.
Oh...and changing my mouse config to attack on right click feels so much better.

Yeah, Binlor for a half-dragon is pretty standard. You could probably make other things work too, but it's a clear and immediate match. Same with Gorgon.

How are you doing on the kingdom progression, Zazzle?
