Super Meat Man was hiding, and the zombie boss isn't ideal for this class. Double corrosion was pretty nice to have (Martyr Wraps is in a store). I was low on blackspace, and the subdungeon had none to spare, either. But I barely managed to get do it parched. Schadenfreude seemed the best for zombie. Super Meat Man was pretty hilarious with lifesteal, Venom Dagger, and double corrosion on a Monk.

Was actually decent at popcorn thanks to Human + Sensation Stone. So that was nice.

Okay, how am I #2 for time today!? I was playing at work, taking things slow because I'm paranoid of misclicking with the Monk, and took a time out to answer a co-worker's question.

Fairly straightforward GG into Dracul; even forgot to convert my potions for piety.

Orc Crusader, Ick Swamp

It's nice to be able to ignore most of the plants, but the class is sort of a waste otherwise. All of those Wisp Gems upstage your class bonus. Some big dings early on were easily achieved with Namtar's, but Itsssama(?) has 50% resists and stacks weakening a bunch, and Super Meat Man wasn't helping you use Momentum either. I ended up not buying Fortitude because I wanted Whupaz more. Converted from GG to EM for some damage reduction, and then used potions and Trisword on SMM.

Momentum always lets me down somehow. It sounds so great until it fails you.

Also, what happened to Astral? It was oddly reassuring to see our Goat overlord looking down on us every day until now... :(

Ick Swamp always gives me the goosebumps because of all the misclick opportunities. Also maybe beacuse it originally took me more tries to win than any other map in the game... So the only relief today was the Namtar's Ward, which I gladly prepped and actually kept as a failsafe for most of the run, only triggering the DP when it levelled me so I could immediately re-activate it and never have to be naked without DPs...

Vegetarian Vampire has a nice balanced assortment of plants, you can basically pick up any 2 boosts and maybe more, I went with Health Broth, Strength Syrup, and two of the Cake of Attack Bonus. I do wonder though whether killing these special plants anger The Earthmother, unfortunately I already had her altar desecrated when I thought about this, did perhaps someone who stayed in her worship test it (accidentally or deliberately)?

The meat man's hp along with the naga's resist make this a challenging map for a low xp run. I'm currently in last place for xp, but I could have shaved a few more off here and there. I'll be seriously impressed if someone manages to win this one with less than 100 xp.
