I hate RTS. I don't know how anyone can click that many things that quickly and press all the buttons. It's just hell.

12/09/2015 - Human Crusader in Halls of Steel
Been a while since we've had a Halls of Steel challenge. Fairly straightforward run, the only thing standing out being Super Meat Man, who is fatty as he always is. With Platemail available as a prep and both HALPMEH and Dracul on the board, there's plenty of good options to steamroll him. I ended comfortably parched, using Dracul.

Always the easiest of the Hard dungeons, especially as a Crusader with EM on the board. Got some crazy higher-level kills even going in Purist. Quite pleased with hitting no. 3 in XP, even if it's very early in the day and non-purist players and more perfectionist ones should flatten that.

Was a bit indecisive today, couldn't decide: whom to worship? So I stayed Faithless in the end. Found SMM early, and suddenly that Martyr's Wraps they had in store started to make a lot of sense... Pre-corroded his fat Super-Meat ass, and then just kept punching and leveling until he went down. Had to quaff a potion in the end, so there goes Parched, probably should've converted the glyphs on the floor since I only used BURNDAYRAZ and HALPMEH... Anyway, not a terribly difficult map, that Orb of Lusory really makes it significantly easier.

(I started corroding the Indomitable to set up the billiard, and then I realized that I don't have knockback... Played a bit too much Rat lately, methinks... :) ).

Platemail would've been great even if I didn't know SMM was the second boss. But instead I had to go with Patches the Teddy because it was a Crusader. I figured I needed to earn my Patches DERP pseudo-badge. Draco's Heart was also nice to see.

It was sort of ok. I picked up Martyr Wraps for SMM. It was kind of ok. Took me too long to find the damned Orb of Lusory, like 70% of the dungeon already explored or so. There were some decent gods though.

Killed some undead while worshiping Binlor. Switched over to Dracul.

This could've been a billiard shot. The default gods/glyphs give you the option, if you find and assemble everything. But Corrosive:1 looks pretty weak after you've played Rat a few times...

Sounds like I did similar to MTaur. I, too, took Patches and almost died because of it. I leveled and he teleported me to the very end of a hall with a level 8 wraith blocking my only exit. Just killed him with 3 HP to spare and then found Binlor.

After that it was Binlor worship and the Indomitable became very Domitable going through walls with max impact. Finally switched to Drac to battle SMM and that went smoothly as well.

So what was with the crazy meditation subdungeon? That's the first time I've seen that one. Didn't seem to be anything useful there, or did it happen while I was meditating? :-)
