^ There were necessary components for several builds all capable of taking that place down on the map. You could pick and choose, depending on what you ran into first, it was a buffet.

Gnome Monk on Magma Mines

Pretty standard JJ monk, what's to say. Very generous general features, too. Not like it was the only way to go about it, but I had fun cleaning the place out. Wasn't chasing anything, people who are might have a field day here, there's only 3 people done at the time of writing and someone allready went for the 5 minutes time

Gnome Monk, Magma Mines

Sticky Stick is certainly a welcome sight in the preps, as is Fire Heart. Add in a very blackspace generous sub (though no LEMMISI, sadly) and it was short work, even though I'm not that great at Monk.

Sounds straightforward. You probably want to Monk one foreman, one-shot the other with a fireball, and Gnome the end boss. You can probably start ridiculously early too.

Almost did it parched, which is pretty good for a potion race. But I needed a little more mana to cash in on the corrosion stacks and no more blackspace. Pretty silly to get both Sticky Stick and Martyr Wraps in the same run on a Monk.

Misclick death, damn, shouldn't happen at all but it did.

I am contemplating not playing dailies anymore.

^ Uh, people have been cursing Monks because of those forever. Odd for me since it's ussually warlords for me.

Feel sorry for you :(

Losing a 74 win streak is 1 thing, but at least I met my goal of getting a 50-win streak. Felt like I could go to 100 but seems it was just not to be.

It's not as if I am the fast type of player, I am slow, really slow, so I shouldn't have misclicked, :(
It's my first misclick death (attack and died) in like 140+ games I have attempted, so I was still careful enough when playing but not for today.

This incident also proves that I can never be a fast player, becos my hand acts ahead of my head in the sense that I was thinking about killing that higher level enemy. But, I needed to make sure I have enough health first, but becos of thinking it first, I somehow just clicked attack after 1 heal from Halpmeh, I forgot that I need to check my HP, heal enough first before making the hit.

^ Not sure if I am making any sense, it's just that I feel like becos of thinking it ahead, the misclick happened. If I hadn't plan ahead, and just do 1 step at a time, and always check my HP before every hit, then this wouldn't have happened.

Hearing about a Gnome Monk in Magma Mines didn't sound very fun at all. I walked away to do other things for several hours, and only just came back... to discover Sticky Stick and Mystera as a prep, and a virtually ideal shop/glyph/deity pool. Very smooth run, only thing that could have made it better was a Mage Plate and BLUDTUPOWA. Oh well, you can't have it all I guess.

Monk is just about the only class that will make me pass up JJ when he appears that close to the entrance. Weakening just hurts that class really badly, even with corrosion.

I had fun with this one. I prepped Mystera and the Stick, found both JJ and the Martyr's Wraps right by the entrance, and decided I would be desecrating Mystera for early petition, then spamming corrosion. So I did, and I'm sure it's not optimal, but it cleared the level easily enough, Parched and without needing Chaos Avatar.
