Maybe I was going about this the wrong way, but it seemed much more difficult than I expected. The layout is bad even for Ick, with chokepoint after chokepoint of the nastiest plants. I still beat it, but only because a Gnomish Transmuter can straight-up fireball Itssssamna to death.

Felt like I played that one like a dog. Dealt with Iron Man first using PISORF and a chaos avatar, then used Platemail BYSSEPS spam to beat my way through Itsssama. Anyways, still top time at least, but I felt I really could have done better on that one. Desecrated both Binlor and Earthmother to fuel JJ, although in hindsight I didn't need the EM piety and could have used her for some last minute clearance.

I hate the Transmuter class and I hate the Ick Swamp dungeon. Taking a pass today. Don't need that kind of frustration.

Ick is just information overload, so many things to watch. And Transmuter is already a class you need to play carefully, not to waste mana. All of this together is lots of brainwork. Luckily, Gnome Transmuter is heavy artillery, so at least once you got past all those plants, fighting the monsters and leveling was never a concern (had 32 mana by the end, which is kind of chic when you can restore it 10x over... :) ).

Fun fact of the day: Chaos Avatar with a Transmuter is very likely to leave you with a wasted level-up mana restore.

Gnome Transmuter really gives you some room to play sloppy. My boss engine ended up being BYSSEPS-conversion-hit-mana potion. For Itsssama, it was a little different. I did some non-spirit sword hits with BYSSEPS to erode resistances, and then I started up the BYSSEPS Gnome Transmuter engine. BYSSEPS is so good on Gnome Transmuter, both for the cheap cast-for-CP and for the Spirit Sword multiplier. It just hurts to think about how you can't prep glyhps...

Translocation Seal was a bit of a waste. No elite shops came up. :(

What can I say ... super tedious but "worth the effort", slogging through the map worshipping EM just to get top XP (354 XP Vs 284 XP and 255 XP for 2nd and 3rd) while Purist.

All I got all of her was just 2 corrosion, rest of the piety was wasted on clearances to open paths, entanglement for kills, getting punished for killing plants. By the time I got to Dracul, was already level 9, close to 10, and Blood Cursed myself to 10. Also made use of Alchemist Pact from PactMaker then. Proceeded with Iss then Iron Man, mopped up, did more piety and XP shenanigans, and finally killed all plants that I could.

Goblin Bloodmage, Slime Pit

Avatar's Codex is the prep, and of course BURNDAYRAZ is hiding. Ended up picking up a LEMMISI to find it, and after that, it got a lot easier. I blew a ton of mana potions and blood pools on SMM, but it's all good because the mana potions just make Sanguine better, and Sanguine can fuel B2P if you need it to. I ended up not using B2P much because I was burning some health with Codex already.

I would've done Goo first, but he was farther away. It worked out regardless. I was only level 8 at the end, which is kind of low for a goblin, but it didn't take a lot of XP to get the ball rolling. Just blood, mostly.
