Downright trivial; prepped JJ, got a few health boosts, picked up CYDSTEPP, proceeded to slaughter the bosses in succession. Ended hoarder, parched, all my popcorn intact, and with chaos avatar ready to go.

By the way, BURNDAYRAZ spawns right next to the entrance so fireball magnet is completely unnecessary. GG also spawns naturally, although reaching him at level 1 looks infeasible without WEYTWUT.

Today's daily was like a slaughterhouse. So much fun! Goblin Rogues with Death Protection rock.

I agree with William, it really was a slaughterhouse!

Early Dragon Soul for a Mana and Health Boosted Rogue is extremely good with such a good glyph loadout and composition. I loved how Soul Orb cancelled the only annoynace of the map and (subdungeon too).

I'm too crazy for big stats so I stayed with JJ the whole run. I converted Wheytwut early and since I wasn't a contender for top XP after a while I got rid of Imawall too. Still, finished with a decent 3rd place on XP (for now).

Human Thief in Ick Swamp
Whew, that was close! I almost had to use my potions

Seriously, with WEYTWUT for popcorn bowling, a Blue Bead to capitalize on that popcorn, PISORF for the Iron Man, ENDISWAL for some resists if you want to start building up corrosion with your sticky stick early, Dracul for end-game healing spam... yeah, this wasn't bad at all by Ick standards. I won with refreshment spam and popcorn cleanup alone. Just be careful not to poke yourself on those barbing bushes. That'd be a nasty way to go.

Smackle Funky's subdungeon here. If you want to max out on XP, I recommend playing Miser and just farming it at the end. JJ will gladly clear all the weakness off of you from fighting the boss on top of it all. Such a shame that I dumped over 30 gold into unnecessary items and didn't run black market.

This is about as easy as Ick gets. Went mono-Mystera and finished Parched/Hoarder. This is actually a great seed for Weakening - I almost never get to take that one without feeling bad about it.

Well, I made it, but not by much. I really hoped for something easy today... and then there's Ick, which always gives me the creeps! :? So I tried to be super-careful. Good thing too, I was way too close to misclicking myself to death (funnily, my last daily loss a few months back was - misclick on Ick! yay!).

Word to the wise: if you prep Really Big Sword... or buy the Platemail... even slowed enemies will still strike before you. So for example if you teleport a Barbing Bush... or a Gorgon... they will still be able to kill you. Hope you check the combat predictor and don't just auto-click...

However, if you slow them and cast Getindare, I think that you will strike first.

There is an article about this in the wiki : http://www.qcfdesign.com/wiki/DesktopDu ... rike_Order
