One of the more fun Ick Swamp runs. Wasn't really pressured at any point in this one. Nice change.

I did have one really weird glitch. I hit Iron Man once and then poisoned him twice. After casting poison the second time I somehow overhealed. I went from about 24 HP to 104 HP. So.... I double poisoned him every time I hit him after that but it never happened again. I did have the vampire sword when this happened, but I didn't have any other source of life steal....and really it shouldn't have happened anyway.

Mwahwahwahwahwa!!! I'm the only one who won purist today (for now). Well there was one other guy with only
Perseverance Badge though. It was a misclick actually. I didn't intend to run purist, but i accidentally clicked it and went .

Satisfying, especially since this is actually my first run at Ick Swamp :brag: :brag:. Yep, first run. I have just unlocked Ick Swamp in the main game but have not played it yet (did read the wiki though).

If you want to check it's 48:30. Currently 84th in time leaderboard.

Are you using the keyboard hotkeys, and use right-click select?

What happened to me once was that I was spamming fireballs (yay! :) ), using F - click - F - click (rinse & repeat). So once I ran out of mana, the "F" didn't do anything as I no longer had enough to cast the fireball, and the click translated into an attack.

(this would only explain the part about possibly attacking when you thought you were casting a spell, not how that gave you so much health... :) ).
"Thinker", just without the "ache".

Halfling Thief in Magma Mines
Good class combo, good prep (alchemist scroll) to go with it, and both a blue bead and trisword in close proximity to the dungeon entrance with quest items prep. BLUDTUPOWA for caster shenanigans if that's more your style, and CYDSTEPP for misclick protection. Overall an easy run today.

I played this one looking for a unique experience. Prepped Taurog and Dracul, the sword and health boosters. Wanted to cheeze Taurog, convert into Drac and go silly with lifesteal.

It didn't work out with almost half the monsters being wraiths, and who wants to stack several lifesteal when you can reach 40% resistance? So I slighlty altered my plans. Low level mooks and midsized snakes still worked as bloodcows. Btw, I was playing parched-warmonger just for kicks. Good thing I remembered the Whupaz trick, cause I couldn't find a Whurgarble/GG.

Since glyphs didn't clutter up my inventory I could take all of Taurog's gear and had further space for occasional Tower Shield/Platemail. With so much defense even the little Poisoned Dagger did some great work.
Somebody spilled raspberry juice all over the place!

Gnome Assassin in Eastern Tundra
Was planning on fireballing the boss to death (yes, you heard me right) but I got lazy and just smacked him silly with PISROF instead. Finished parched, of course.
