*SPOILERS* Dailies Thread

Talk about close. I thought I had lost, then converted all of my items and killed the imp in the sub dungeon for enough health to tank the boss with 3 hp above what I needed. Converted BYSSEPS like a moron before fighting the shade, so I had to spend all of my potions against him. Dual dragon soul saved the run with halpmeh procs.

I lost today, wasn't feeling good about it when I started, and lost in the end, was also careless and played badly.

Boss only had 4 HP left, I needed 1 more bloodpool to do 1 more hit, I was at 34/35 XP (level 7) and couldn't level up.

I made stupid mistakes. Namely, I killed the Cursed Shade boss when I had 1 Curse stack and immediately when back to the top. At the top, I stupidly killed all the low level mobs (L1) in the Zoo Sub. I should have left at least 1 of them to cure off the Cursed stack which I got later. I didn't know what I was doing, why I hit a L8 Bandit just to go back to the Cursed Realm to pick up the Dragon Soul (ended up I had that 1 curse when I came back with no more mobs to remove it). I wasted some resources to kill the L8 Imp in the other Sub just to cure off my Curse stack. In the end, I lost. Now that I think of it, there is no need to hit the L8 Bandit to go back down just to pick up the Dragon Soul (wasted hitpoints, gave myself Curse for nothing).

There was also another stupid mistake, I bought a Venom Dagger very late. I should have left that gold to buy the Pendant of Health in the end when fighting the boss. Anyway, lots of mistakes today, including also things like wasting my resources to kill a L5 Animated Armour when I was below and preparing to kill the Cursed Shade boss. Should have saved that health for just fighting the boss ...

Anyway, seeing that I am going off for vacation in April, maybe I will just play more casually from now since my steak will be broken again.

Most of the time, my "feeling" before playing the game seems so accurate, like I somehow knew that I wasn't going to win today and true enough, I did badly. This and also probably I got a bit out of touch with the mechanics in CO.

I think people have their own reasons, whatever they may be, for not continuing in the dailies. Maybe they can't afford the time for it, they had enough of the game, real-life commitments, etc. I am sure those who can afford the time, will continue to play seeing that this game is pretty much only for people who have played and like it (can't seem to get people interested in it).

Hoping to see people break their records: Darvin, Vemb, fall_ark, Tinker, William, and others! Keep going!

I have no good reason to stop. I'll do dailies at least until everything in my Kingdom is rainbowed, which won't be any time soon (did 100+ scumming runs in VGT today) . @Tinker I liked my streak ending poem, especially since I was the first to receive one, if I recall correctly. I just hope I can give sufficient attention to dailies to keep winning now that I am back at work. I have a feeling that if today's run had happened midweek, I would have lost due to hastiness.

As if Mystera being available as a prep isn't excuse enough to fireball spam, there's a battlemage ring in the shop pool

Both PISORF and BURNDAYRAZ spawns very close to the entrance, although there's a monster blocking the BURNDAYRAZ glyph (you can move him with PISORF).
