Halfling Monk, Magma Mines
JJ was really hating on me today. Two stacks of weakening--pretty much forcing me to buy the Martyr Wraps. And then he didn't give me a Last Chance to clean up the last two wraiths. But I was able to convert a lot of stuff to tank my way through everything else.

Well, since both Halflings and Monks are pure "red", the only reasonable solution seemed to go with... Mystera! I just love Mystera. Unless you have to go for WARMONGER or something, she's pretty much always a good deity to worship, turns anyone into a caster, and complements a full-red race-class combination like Halfling Monk *very* nicely. Who said Halflings couldn't worship Mystera?

So, I prep Conjunction and then explore 2/3 of the map before finding my first altar. TT was the first, so I took his glyph and slowly gained piety. Then I found JJ immediately afterwards.

There is both BLUDTUPOWA and PISORF. An all-out spellcasting assault on all three forms of the boss is trivial today

Started the boss fight at level 5 and just kept catapulting until he was dead.

Well, today was just pure overkill... Given the abundance of +Damage items and monster JJ mana pool (I had 25 mana in the end with only 2 shots of boost mana thanks to the items & sub), and well the combination of PISORF and BLUDTUPOWA, I went all Lujo today (i.e. PISORF spam), and the boss went down as collateral damage when I was Level 5. To add my bit of spoilers, here's the default (unmodified) item list (should help puzzling out the other prep combinations):

The only regret I have (which was 50%-50%, really) is getting the wrong portrait :

That was a fun daily. I even got the Parched badge which I usually don't worry to get. I just wished I did not take Enlightenment so early (8 beads) since I ended up with a full inventory of beads after mopup. I was so silly, I forgot to keep one large item slot open to buy some conversion fodder from the shops.
