*SPOILERS* Dailies Thread

Didn't do the daily last night, but was able to tackle it over my lunch break. Pretty simple: revealed JJ with LEMMISI, then used translocation to get the Agnostic's Collar and desecrate both other altars. Very straightforward run with lots of spiking power at your disposal. I went for a balance of XP and time and got a pretty respectable result.

Managed to get top XP and Piety for the moment by doing a lot of altar-hopping (started in Binlor, later bounced around Dracul and EM many times, basically I bought Vampiric Blade and took 1 Lifesteal from Dracul and EM doesn't like lifesteal. But that doesn't stop me from using her, ).

Anyway, I found something interesting today, not sure if it's a bug. When I was at L7, I tried to kill both the golem bosses at the same time. I got some burn-stacks on the Phys. Immune one (enough to kill it when popped). Then used Entanglement before hitting the Magic. Immune one, turns out that the burn-stacks didn't pop. Is that because of the slow from entanglement? Weird.

Today I was having pretty difficult time playing daily because I took my spleeping pill (daily changes during night for me) and over hour later when their effect starts to really kick in I realized that I hadn't played the daily yet.

So I was really tired when I was playing and the game ended on misclick... Good thing that the misclick was on Exit while standing on a boss trophy.

Managed to get top XP this time around but only with the help of Yendor from prepping Elite Items (I did prep extra shop scroll too, not sure if that affects the pool of shop items, the scroll gave a shop selling Hero's Helm).

Anyway, the XP score could have been higher because I made 2 stupid mistakes.

1. I could have gotten 5 more XP. I was telling myself to buy and use Yendor first (I reached 0/50 nicely). But I just stupid forgot and went on to desecrate Dracul and take CA first.

2. I could have gotten 14 XP from Imawal + Weytwut + kill L9 Slime. I set it up properly, cast Imawal, and was about to cast Weytwut on the L9 Slime. Somehow I just pressed the I shortcut on it (yeah, Imawaled it, lol).

Anyway, Elite Items also yielded Orb of Zot (would have used it if not for the gold shortage problem) and also Elven Boots, and also Alchemist's Scroll which coupled with the extra health potions from halfling racial trait, also gives another interesting way to go about this daily.


To clarify also, even though I saw the spoilers, I didn't purposely go about remembering the position of JJ's altar. I just pisorfed mobs around, and somehow managed to get to his altar from the left side. There weren't any (maybe just 1 or 2) mobs blocking the way from that side. Guess I was just lucky,

*Gorgon, Shifting Passages*

I perished! I used up a lot of blackspace trying to find an appropriate monster to kill, then I ran into Balanced Dagger. I used that plus WONAFYT to level up. I got one of each boon from JJ then switched to Drac. Spent 40 piety on resistances which I then realized was a waste because of all the curse on the map. Two shots of lifesteal helped but I had used up a lot of popcorn leveling. I killed Evolvia and switched back to JJ, but I only managed to get my piety to 73 before running out of options. Then I lost the Last Chance roll, so I was not able to finish off the second boss.
