I didn't find it problematic, and I'm far from skilled. Never even played a vampire before and found the run pretty smooth.

Well, that was pretty easy. Decided to have some fun and fireballed the boss to death without melee (spellacsting vampire, ouch). Took RBS and magnet:fireball for safety insurance, but when i saw the boss - instantly converted the sword :)

Yeah, you know you're in for a good vampire run when you see a level 3 meatman near the entrance (never had a problem with a vampire when there's one of those). The rest was just icing on the cake. And, of course, vampires love classy blood like that of the "Gentleman Extraordinaire".

Dwarf Monk in Ick Swamp
Really tough early game, there is not a lot of opportunity to go for decent leveling kills. JJ is to the down-left from the entrance, had I known this I probably would've tried to blaze a trail toward him (not sure if possible, I went around).

I was constantly short on blackspace because my path was blocked by nasty plants. So in a sense Monk's main benefit (double regen) is somewhat lost on Ick. That said, its main hindrance - low damage - is also somewhat offset thanks to all those Wisp Gems and Spoons. So, it's pretty much just playing a Dwarf today... :)

Finding the vegetarian vampire early also really helps a monk... it was good for +3 base and +5%.

I got a bit lucky with veggy vamp... it was the first corner I explored, and I decided to push into that corner while regen fighting early rather than save it for later. Which was a good move... there was a couple large chunks of inaccessible blackspace for B2P today, and that was more than enough to blast both bosses with the mana pool available (dwarf channeller for the win today).

And it wasn't just JJ with BYSSEPS... it was also the huge amount of things to hit to keep resetting it (plants and meatmen).

Goblin Thief in Halls of Steel

Top XP and Piety for the moment, but XP could possibly be higher.

http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.c ... F5EB8A60A/

So, how many glyphs does Thief have by default? I prepped Extra Glyphs and had 8 glyphs, that gives 8 x 80 = 640 CP. Would Fewer Glyphs give more CP worth of XP (how many glyphs would Thief get from prepping Fewer Glyphs?). Also, I bought and used Reflex Potion, Crystal Ball (low CP plus wasted some gold to use it one or a few times, can't remember) so all the gold spent towards these could possibly be used to buy things that give more CP and hence XP. What was I thinking - I could more easily gain refills from level-ups if I needed more resources to finish bosses.

Also, I spent quite a bit of gold to get the 2nd level of Learning, possibly those gold could give more XP overall if used to buy items to convert, maybe, not sure.

Anyway, pretty easy daily, would like to see Tinker or someone demonstrate how high XP score can go today, :)
