Today I played pretty casually but still got decent XP.

Victory Screen

BLUDTOPOWA is awesome for Half-Dragon, not only you have more Health but it is much easier to preserve blackspace while still exploring quite heavily.

Vampire in Magma Mines
I find this a generally tricky setup, given how you probably want to start with Hurr regardless of build, and he requires 6-8 fireballs to kill, and Vampire is not that strong in Blue. But today there were lots of good items to help and also the sub was pretty cool (easy to beat with a vampire, and the rewards were very welcome).

I wonder about player "baozs", played purist, got tons of XP and then somehow still managed to die... Makes me wonder, because I cleared the maps completely, and got a similar amount of XP, but dying after bosskill counts as a win, so baozs must have left at least the final boss alive before dying... Maybe it was some steep IMAWAL+snakespawn leveling, followed by a boss-fight misckick.

Too bad the Snakes were in so crowded areas, I did not dare to spawn more than four (I think) for IMAWAL purposes, because there was no wallbreak or teleport, so getting boxed in was a possibility.

Anyway, here's my attempt, I regretted a bit not taking take the Hero's Helm but it spawned anyway... :P

Another day, another daily. This one was pretty straightforward. Vampire encourages patches quite a bit due to immunities, though I ended up ditching mine pretty early to make space for Halpmeh, which was helpful in not wasting blackspace on health regen. Then again, with vampire, preps pretty much don't matter due to their ability to go purist on pretty much any map.

Patches was quite good to me, I easily got to 18 mana with 5x fireballs that gave me 20% physical resist (Witchalok Pendant is very good for vampire mages). I still did Durr first... it was just easier that way.

When I started fighting the henchies, I literally couldn't survive a single hit from either of them, so after killing one with fireballs, I actually used the first strike from a reflex potion to kill him after his health had been taken down from the death of his buddy.

If it wasn't for the fact that I was a vampire (overheal, life drain) with good resistance (Witchalok) I wouldn't be able to take a hit either. But as it was, the first hit from Durr left me still above 100% HP. It was easy to take two more hits before levelling and repeating. Hurr would have taken some potions to finish.

* Gnome Monk in Halls of Steel *

I imagine this combo can lead to very high XP amounts. Current top XP and Piety but far from optimal, especially XP-wise, so really looking forward to TInker's score.

Tons of things that were mistakes or just things that didn't go my way:
- Didn't farm up to max Magic Resists.
- Wasted almost the whole map blackspace looking for a Burndayraz (that was in a single tile on some edge) when I realized my Pisorf did 0 damage against a level 2 mob.
- Could have gotten more XP from Alchemist Pact in the end, but somehow I just spammed refreshments for more beads even though I couldn't take Enlightenment anymore.

If done properly, skipping Dracul, taking Enlightenment with GG could give the most XP. At least this much I can speculate.
