Is there a way to convert more than one food at a time, or at least a one-button way to convert food that would be faster than dragging each individual piece across the inventory?

Clicking (consuming) the food is equal to converting one food. Hope it helps.

When does this happen? (I can only buy health and mana potions in apothecary)
I don't remember the exact prep though. I guess it's a bug because I always prepare either extra apothecary or quest items, but I encountered 7 basic items in the shops AND I didn't buy a potion already. My potion preps were Whupaz + 2 cures + health potion.

Who is The Watcher? They showed up with a Druid sprite after I killed The Avatar, said "............", and disappeared. Kind of like how Horatio would show up and taunt you at the end of some runs when you were collecting trophies for the first time. Except I'm already post-VGT and have beaten Demonic Library before and never got this event. What's it about?
