One that comes to mind is killing the sacrificial goat in the Creeplight Ruins. "You hear a chorus of agonised screams coming from upstairs". I think we should actually hear it. Or a Wilhelm scream at the very least.

So... what sound effects would people like to see?

How about when the avatar is resurrected? That would sound cool!
We made an expansion and it is awesome. Really, you should check it out, especially if you're looking for some extra challenge.
