Elven Boots and Dwarven Gauntlets were mentioned in this thread. Where are they from and what do they do?

Hunh...I don't even have a quest for the shop. It's been at level 2 forever. Are there Pre-reqs?

There are, but most of us don't know them. The quest to unlock higher levels of the shop came in one of the later versions, so we'd already fulfilled the prerequisites long before it became available.

Keep in mind that when the Dragon Isles level was first introduced, many of the power items we're recommending right now didn't exist. It was a much tougher level as a result, although back then the Dragon Shield (the item you will get for completing it) was obscenely overpowered.

Witch lvl 6 was the level that made me start posting after lurking for ages. Its unreasonably difficult to figure out for non hardcore players, there should be a thread about it where I rant quite annoyingly, but IMO my analysis was justified.

I did it with a conversion stone orc priest I think (or human, i'm not sure), GG and snake-absolution gimmick, after trying about everything else. There was even a sort of algorithm for the correct way of doing it, but as I've said in some detail in one of the threads, this level goes beyond vicious for anyone but the hardcore crowd.

And whoopaz being so instrumental for beating vicious doesn't help one bit, they coul've made all the opposing bosses start with HP adjusted for one whoopaz hit and save us all a potion slot and way too much annoyance, IMO.
I almost got pwned by Shifty Brickwork!

Complicated tasks 6 used to be much easier before GG and tri-sword were nerfed. I remember completing it on my second try. Nowadays it takes me 10-15 tries...

I found out you can't rely on Dracul for this quest anymore. He just won't give you enough healing and there are too many undead.

I did it with GG orc priest last time, but I had a lot of luck killing high level wraiths. And I found a soul orb.

I don't know. I feel like Complicated Tasks 6 was always insanely difficult.
